Performance Statistics: We generate and store calculated statistics based on your trade data, such as win rates, profit factors, and discipline scores.
Usage Analytics: We collect anonymous usage data to improve the App, including app performance metrics, feature usage patterns, and crash reports. This data does not include your personal trade information.

- Service Providers: We use third-party services including Firebase (for authentication and data storage), Apple (for Sign In with Apple), and Google (for Google Sign In). These providers are bound by contractual obligations to keep personal information confidential.

- Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request.
5. Your Rights and Choices

7. Children's Privacy
TrackTrade is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at support@tracktrade.app. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will delete such information from our servers immediately.
8. Data Retention
We retain your personal information and trade data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with our services. If you request deletion of your account, we will delete your data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal or regulatory purposes.

Your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your country of residence. These countries may have data protection laws that are different from the laws of your country. Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the TrackTrade mobile application (the "App") operated by TrackTrade ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you may not access the App.
1. Description of Service
TrackTrade is a trading journal application designed to help retail traders track their trades, analyze performance statistics, and monitor trading discipline. The App allows users to log trade entries, view performance analytics, and generate reports based on their trading activity.
2. No Financial Advice Disclaimer
TrackTrade does not provide financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, or any other form of professional financial guidance. The App is solely a journaling and tracking tool. All content, features, and information provided through the App are for informational and personal record-keeping purposes only.
Nothing in the App should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. Any trading decisions you make are your own responsibility. Past performance recorded in the App is not indicative of future results.
3. User Responsibilities
By using TrackTrade, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You are solely responsible for all trading decisions you make
- You will not rely on the App for any financial, investment, or trading advice
- You understand that trading involves significant risk of loss
- You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter into the App
- You will use the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
- You will not use the App for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
4. Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you must create an account using a valid email address, Apple Sign In, or Google Sign In. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Subscription and Billing
TrackTrade offers optional subscription plans that provide access to premium features. Subscriptions are available on monthly and yearly billing cycles.
All subscription billing is handled exclusively through Apple's App Store. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your Apple ID Account Settings. Refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy and must be requested through Apple.
6. Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TrackTrade and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the App without our prior written consent.
7. User Content
You retain ownership of all trade data, notes, and other content you enter into the App ("User Content"). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing the App's services to you.
8. Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Breach of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users or to us
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@tracktrade.app. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall TrackTrade, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation:
- Loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses
- Any trading losses or financial damages
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App
- Damages resulting from any content or data entered into or obtained through the App
- Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data
Our total liability to you for all claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months prior to the claim.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not warrant that the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TrackTrade and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, or expenses arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the App.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. Your continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
14. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, such provision will be changed and interpreted to accomplish the objectives of such provision to the greatest extent possible under applicable law, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
